Need help in cyncing apps with the current version of itunes in windows version 12.5.3.17. I have tried for two days in getting my apps to cync since I do not have wi-fi on my ipod touch 6 generation, it is really frustrating to do this as of right now since I have used NVDA and window eyes to select the apps to cync to the device. It should not be this hard, what I am doing wrong here? I tried to select an app with window eyes just by hitting enter hoping that would do it turns out nothing. and with NVDA I even selected an app with the modifier on the number pad incert 5 and when I did that I heard as to want I want to cync is selected and focused, so after that I go to the part of itunes where the cync button is and hit space bar, and wait and about a minute later I hear the ding sound hoping that it has worked. Turns out it does not. I sure could use some help. With my ipod touch have done a reset where my settings were reset, then I did a hard reset, still nothing, and I uninstalled and reinstalled itunes hoping it would fix the problem, again nothing. I even have all of the settings turned on in itunes so what should I do? I do have IOS 10.1.1 and everything is all up to date. I even have the computer authorized. In fact I even emailed Apple at least three times about the difficulty I am having with the latest version and I got back an email that said we are investigating. So if anyone has experienced this please post some helpful suggestions so I can get at least one app on my ipod touch 6 generation. Thank you.
