Hi, my A SUS vivo book 16 refuses to turn on at all. I don’t even get a bios boot screen.

A couple thoughts:

1. The obvious, you've got a dead battery. But I assume you've got it plugged in, and that's not the problem.

2. You've got a hardware issue. Could be any number of things. You need to get it looked at. We're probably not going to be able to help you.

So, questions...

β€’ Can the battery be disconnected from your laptop? Don't laugh, some laptops have this feature. If so, try disconnecting and reconnecting your battery.
β€’ When you plug in your charging cable, does it seem loose when it's connected to your laptop? If you can wiggle the cord around, where it's actually connected, then the charging port may be loose, and therefore not allowing you to properly charge your battery.
β€’ Considering the charging cable, what about the other end? Where it's plugged into a brick most likely? Is that connection solid, is the brick the proper voltage? Is it properly plugged into the wall, or power bank?
β€’ What was the last thing you actually did on your computer? Play games? Watch YouTube or TikTok? Interact on social media? Download some shady software off of torrent? Not judging here, just trying to get an idea of what's going on with your computer.
β€’ Any chance you've been messing around with Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), or tried actually installing Linux on your machine?
β€’ laptop take a nasty fall recently?

Patiently awaiting your feedback. πŸ˜‡

Curious to know the reason, I am not that curious anyways but for this special case I might be very curious. Happy for you it worked anyways. Good luck!
