Hello my fellow tech friends. I have aquestion that I hope someone can possibly answer about JAWS. It appears our Vespero tech support people remain baffled by this issue, so I thought I would ask you fellow users. I have several programs that read just fine with the JAWS Scan cursor. There's only one problem. I have to use JAWS 2024 to read them, meaning I have to install 2024 on each of my machines if I want to take advantage of that cursor. Neither 2025 nor 2026 will do anything once you activate the JAWS scan cursor. When you try to read with arrow keys, it just says "blank ... blank ... blank" every time you hit an arrow key. These are new intalls on new computers, but 2025 had the same issue on my old computers. Again, it works fine with 2024. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
All the best,
S

Do you absolutely need JAWS 2025 or 2026?
I mean, unless there are specific features of the 2025 or 2026 builds of JAWS that you absolutely cannot live without, I would say just stick with 2024 and call it a day.
What the triumphant return of Jaws 19?
So I'm stuck on Windows 10 with JFW 19 for now. It has been a while, things will change in the new year but, this behavior is just par for the course using the JFW cursor inversion 19; heck I thought it was a feature ha ha ha ha not a bug lol! In fact, review cursor in jaws, NVDA, narrator are all buggy for me, maybe it's just Windows 10 "frown!" Please let us know if you resolve the issue!
