Hello, everyone. I'm currently facing an issue with iTunes, which seemed to have begun with the latest version. Whenever I plug my iPhone 4S into my computer's USB port, a message pops up that says: "We're sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later." This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks, and I have waited to see if it would disappear. Unfortunately, the problem remains apparent, so I'm at a loss as to what to do. In September of this year, I had to replace the iPhone I was using with another one, though this one is also the same model as the previous one I owned. The older phone I had, however, didn't cause this problem. One thought that crossed my mind was that iTunes wasn't recognizing it because it's another device. This thought had its origins from some Google searches that I did on the same day that the problem began. Funnily enough, the new phone was recognized without difficulty when I restored my backups the first time I inserted the chord into the PC, thus I’m not sure what’s going on now. Do you think it could be the version of iTunes that's the problem? Do I need to configure an option for it to recognize the phone? Apps on the computer side aren't being updated, and other functionality has become impaired by this issue. In short, I replaced my iPhone 4S with another 4S model, which isn't being recognized by iTunes. The message says: "We're sorry, but there was an error processing your request. Please try again later." I'm running an iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1. I don't know if the phone isn't being accepted or recognized, because I've never encountered this impediment before. Furthermore, the iPhone’s name is displayed correctly on iTunes, which may be a good sign. Any help you give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
