Hi everyone
I hope that I post to the correct forum. If I not do that, you are very welcome to move my post to another forum.
After I have installed iTunes12.9.3 on my Windows computer, I not longer can find the menu bar when I press on the left ALT-key with my screen reader. My screen reader is JAWS for Windows version 2019 and NVDA.
Have any person also the same problem, if yes, can I so post the problem to the Apple Accessibility team, since the problem is in iTunes?
Thanks for your answer.
Regards,
Anders

I have to hit alt and a letter had to do this for a few versions
Hello,
I have had to hit alt and for example f for long time now to bring up the menu bar using jaws 2019 and itunes is a mess with windows and screen readers in general these days who agrees. It seems that Apple cares nothing for windows accessibility of itunes and icloud. We need to bring this up with apple I have and seem to get no where any advice is appreciated.
Yes, I've got similar problem
I'm running JAWS 2018 and since this update, no matter what key I press, I get the message "unknown script call to ..." e.g. Unknown script call to the tab key. It's made the web site absolutely unaccessible.
If you can get any progress from IOS developers, I for one, would be very grateful!
iTunes
I find it to be inconsistent. I press alt and move around with arrow but can not move to all of the menues. Using current jaws and iTunes and W10.
