Creating ringtones using iTunes & purchased music?

Good morning,
I just purchased a song I'd like to use as a ringtone.
I haven't done it in a very long time but now I'd like to take part of this song & make it into a ringtone. I'm using the latest version of ITunes under Windows 11 with Jaws2023.
Has anyone done this recently & might be able to assist?
