Hello
When I purchased my Windows 10 desktop computer in November last year I experienced no problems when opening iTunes and sincing my iPhone with it. Now, for some unknown reason, I can not get iTunes to see my phone. When I press alt plus F for the file menu and arrow down to devices I received a not available message. I authorized my computer successfully. Out of frustration I uninstall iTunes and reinstall it again, but no luck. I sighned out and back in again. To no avail. Can anyone here please assist? I forget to mention this: When I plug in my phone and unlock it, I receive a message to allow or not allow this device to view photos and videos. I selected the allow option.

Not Sure
I'm not sure what to tell you. My suggestion is either google your problem or call Apple Support.
cannot sync my iPhone with the latest iTunes
Blackcat, This happens to me occasionally and usually when a new update to iTunes has taken place. For some reason the driver doesn't get installed.
I don't know if this is what is happening to you. I've had to fix this a couple of times when a new version of iTunes was released.
I'm using windows 10 fall creators addition.
If iTunes doesn’t recognize your iToy after updating iTunes, try replacing the driver with these steps. An Apple device must be connected via USB to proceed.
1. Close iTunes if it is open.
2. Go to Device Manager.
3. Open Portable Devices.
4. Right-click on Apple Mobile Device. (This could also be called Apple iPhone.)
5. Select Update Driver Software.
6. Click on Browse my computer for driver software.
7. Click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
8. Click the Have Disk button.
Note: If the Have Disk option is not present, choose a device category such as Mobile Phone or Storage Device if listed, and then click next. Have Disk button should then appear.
9. Click the Browse button and navigate to
C:\Program Files\CommonFiles\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers.
10. Double-click the usbaapl file.
(This file will be called usbaapl64.inf if you have a 64-bit version of Windows. If you don't see usbaapl64 here, or if there is no Drivers folder, look in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers.)
10. Click OK to proceed.
11. Click Next and then click Close. Windows will install the driver. You do NOT have to restart the computer. Just restart iTunes.
