Best RSS feed app for windows desktop.

I would simply like some options for windows.
I have good ones for my iPhone but I want to get notifications on my PC when RSS updates.
I just want to have updates for the audiogames.net forum, and I think this may be the easiest solution for windows. Thanks for any suggestions.
