Anyone had luck with describing video using Google AI studio

I understand that now, by going to Google/s AI STudio and using GeminiFlash we can share our screens. This seems to work extremely well for static images. What I'd like to have it do though is describe a video I have downloaded from start to end. I've tried to be very specific with my prompts. I've tried asking it to watch the video from start to end before describing it, and it does explain to me how it should be able to do that. It only shows whatever's on the video at the moment I give it a prompt however. The description is very well detailed, but it won't describe the whole thing no matter what I do. My hope is to eventually have it watch while I play a game, for instance, and prompt me when certain things occurr on screen. But even if all it can do is describe cutscenes after they've played, that woul d be enough. Anyone ever got this to work?
