What did I do to my digital crown

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

I'm not sure how, but when I turn on my watch, and move the digital crown, it's supposed to read out my complications. Rings, temperature, I forget the other two. Instead, it keeps saying things like widgits. Walkie talkie, that's another one. How can I reset this without reparing it? I just want things the way I had it before. Oh, the move was the last complicitations.

I was trying to explain before. My digital crown won't navigate my screen, if i flick up and down on the screen, it will say things like workout, all apps etc. I just don't understand how I started this, or how to end it. I don't want to reset the watch but I have no idea. If anyone knows what I did, let me know please.

Ok so I turned off digital crown navigation, then turned it back on, now it's behaving like it should. No idea how I did that, don't want to ever do that again.

The subject says it all, this movement has been detected and, as far as I know, cannot be changed.

It's funny you brought this up because I just experienced the same thing a few days ago on my Series 7 where navigating with the digital crown was reading what sounded like widgets but I couldn't seem to figure out how to remove them using standard swipe gestures. In my case this happened after I needed to reset my iPhone. I didn't think to try disabling and then reenabling digital crown navigation. Instead, I just reset the watch which got things back to normal.
