voiceover sluggish when trying to read the battery settings in watch os11

I have an apple SE2 watch running watch os11. I've noticed when trying to read info for the battery in settings vo becomes very sluggish. Has anyone else noticed this?

I’m having exactly the same issue. I’m also using an Apple Watch SE two.
