Currently, I do not believe it is possible to have other voices on the watch. As for version 6 coming out this fall, it may be possible. I suspect it will be another series 4 watch only feature though.
Since the release of Apple Watch Series 4, we have a stabile watch, which works with a 64-bit processor and 16 GB storage capacity. Under this conditions, it‘s easily possible for Apple to implement the 64-bit-voices, which are for some years are available on IPhone and Ipad.
I wrote Applessss and made them this sugesstions and they told me, that they gave my thoughts and ideas to the developing team of the accessibility department on Apple.
I call on all Apple Watch users, if you want that Apple should change the Voiceover voices on Apple Watch please write them on: accessibility@apple.com

Surprised Fred wouldn't be on the watch, not a very resource intensive voice so it would seem possible.
I'd love to have Female Siri
Hi. I hate Daniel, the UK Voice, and would love to have the siri female. I believe she is called Martha and it's the voice i have on my iPhone too.
