Using enhanced quality voices on the Apple Watch series 7

Hi there. The subject line pretty much says it all. I’m looking at getting the Apple Watch Series 7, but I was wondering if you can use enhance voices for VoiceOver?

Most use Siri voice which is good. iOS 15.4 will release a new Siri voice that hoping can be use in the watch.
