Use touch typing and what about Pass code?

Am very new in using Apple watch, i got apple watch SE, and need to ask some questions:
1- can i type using touch typing instead of The original way of double tapping a letter or number?
2- i put a pass code, and each time, i need to open my watch i must type the pass code, is there a way to avoid this?
THis is very annoying really

You can go in your apple watch settings and set the watch to unlock itself whenever you unlock your phone.

Ok, thanks so much for this, but my Default VOice over language here is ENglish UK, do not know why, but i need the default to be English US, i added the language to my roder, but how can i make it the default language?
