I got my watch last September. I had always wondered about my sleeping patterns, and there was a possibility that I had sleep apnia. My favorite app for this so far has been Sleep Plus Plus. I like that it interfaces both with the watch and with the iPhone app. You can get a summary of your sleep in the watch app, but if you tap on the push notification it throws you in iOS, you can get a nice overview. The only thing that it doesn't do is to tell you how many times you were awake. There's manual tracking, which I need to play with more. I love it.
I've been using this one since I got my watch and for 1, it is completely accessible. 2, it gives you your heart-rate average when you are sleeping. So, it shows you whether you may be getting sick, or, had a bad dream, or, if you were drinking the night before. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/sleep-tracker-by-sleepmatic/id1179236591?mt=8
