Sleep apps for the Apple watch like AutoSleep

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

I use Sleep Watch the free version. I was looking around for an accessible sleep app that uses my Apple watch to track my sleep. The AutoSleep app sounds interesting. The last post in Applevis was in 2018. Any experience with AutoSleep? Any experience with other sleep app? I do not like to pay a subscription fee. That is why AutoSleep was of interest to me. Any thoughts?

There are a lot of unlabeled buttons, so it's not as accessible as I would like, but if I turn on screen recognition, I can do everything I need to do with it. I tried to contact the developers, but they never responded.

A lot of unlabeled buttons but most of the main ones can be read and you can get a lot of the others with screen recognition. I think its worth the purchase if your’re willing to work on learning how to get around it.

There is an app for iPhone called Sleep++ which is completely free and is fully accessible with voiceover.
It doesn’t have all the features of auto sleep, but if you’re looking for something simple to track your sleep, Sleep++ is the one to go with.
There is a $1.99 charge to remove ads, but all features are fully functional in the free version. All the purchase does is remove the ads. Nothing else

Thanks for the comments. This is what I was looking for. Are there others with experiences with the named sleep apps or other apps? Also do these apps provide more info than the functions that come with the watch?
