measuring sleep on Apple Watch

Hello. I have an apple watch and wonder if there is a way to measure sleep on it. Not sure measure is the right word but you know what I mean.J

Hi. I use the app Sleep ++. I charge my watch first thing in the morning and then it's good to go all day and through the night. It works great.

SleepWatch has Now recently gotten some great accessibility improvements, and is now very usable with VoiceOver. This app has some pretty advanced sleep tracking capabilities that I haven't seen this far in other similar apps. There's an optional subscription for even more pro features, but the app can be used just fine with only the free version without the subscription. Here's the app store link:
