Help with Cuckoo Watch

Hello.
I have an apple watch and was recomended on this forum about cuckoo watch but find it hard to set it up because I don’t see wich hours to check. This is a small problem because but I need to know if the time iyou check will be the ones iut will ring on or if it will just ring if I don’t have them checked.
