watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hi guys.

I finally updated my iphone to iOS 16 and therefore my apple watch to watchOS 9. I was neglective to do so because all the batterie draining problems, but I needed to do so in order to get the new intervals trainings for the workout app.

The thing is that as you already know, the option to use the siri voice as the voiceover voice is not longer available, and instead, we have this option to add languages on the rotor.

The first time I updated I had the same low-quality voice for mexican spanish called Paulina both in spanish and in mexican spanish on the rotor, no matter that on my iphone I had already downloaded the premium voice for this character.

Then i decided to unlink my apple watch from my iphone as people here said they only got to manage other voices by resetting their watches. but when I do so, now I can't be able to manage any language on my rotor, cause every time I try to add another language (mexican spanish) nothing is added and of course there is no language option on the rotor either, as no language is added, no matter how many times I tap there.

After all this big summary, could someone explain how to be able to manage other voices on watchOS 9?

Thanks in advance.
