Getting a count of steps?

Hi all.

Anybody know where I find a count of steps? Google tells me to open the activity app, but all I see in there is stuff I should be
doing, like moving and standing. I'm using the modular face, in case I can add it to that somehow or other.

In Health on the phone I can just open it up and see 2035 steps or whatever. That's what I'm trying to find on the watch.

to access your step count, open the activity app on your watch and then use the two finger flick up gesture to scroll down and you should find it. I only had to use the two finger flick up gesture once to see my step count. I hope this helps. For easy access, you can add the activity complication to one of your watch faces so that you can access it easily.

I recommend downloading the Pedometer++ app by David Smith. Very simple, easy to use and accessible.
You can then put the Pedometer++ complication on your watch face.
On a side note, he also makes other nice apps, such as Sleep++, which arguably have a nicer user interface than the built in apps.

You download the app and you add its complication to the current watch face. One issue it does not refresh unless you open the complication.

Pages:

1: Activity: Live a better day by closing all the rings.

2, i.e. first two finger flick up: Move: Move during the day to burn more calories and reach your goal.

3, second flick: Exercise: Try to get an activity that's above a brisk walk.

4, third flick: Stand: Stand: Stand up for at least a minute each hour.

5, final page: Move, exercise, stand: Try to close your rings every day. This is followed by a "get started" button.

Ah! I had to hit "get started", then flick up to page five. But I see them now, thanks! I'll leave this description of what you get
initially in case anybody else stumbles across this topic because they were confused like me.
