Can we take skype or whatsapp calls on apple watch?

Hi i m planning to buy a apple watch, in ios 10 skype or whatsapp calls comes to lock screen and they show in phones app so i want to know can we take these calls on apple watch as well?

Hello, itu think you can not answer or making a call using skype or WhatsApp on Apple Watch yet. I have an Apple watch series 2, and i can not answer the WhatsApp call on my device.
