Asking Advice: For best results with sleep tracking, should I consider an Apple Watch with Watch OS 9/10, or should I go back to my old Galaxy Watch 3?

watchOS and Apple Watch Apps

Hello how are you? I need your help: I'm looking for a good smartwatch for tracking and monitoring sleep, as long as it's compatible with the iPhone and has the screen reader accessibility function, since I'm blind. I tested a Galaxy Watch 3 and liked its sleep tracker because it showed the stages of my sleep and seemed to be accurate. I replaced my Galaxy Watch 3 with an Apple Watch 3 with Watch OS 8, but I hated the Apple Watch 3 sleep monitor! it's inaccurate, it didn't register naps after the time I set to wake up, and it didn't display sleep stages. should I consider buying a newer Apple Watch with Watch OS 9, like the second generation Apple Watch SE for example, or should I buy another Galaxy Watch 3? I don't buy a Galaxy Watch 4 or 5 because they are not compatible with iOS. help me please. Is the Watch OS 9 sleep tracker as accurate as the Galaxy Watch 3? should I give a newer Apple Watch another chance or return to the Galaxy Watch 3? I was very disappointed when testing sleep tracking on an Apple Watch 3. The tracking didn't seem to be as accurate. After turning off the alarm at 08:00 am, I slept again until 11:00 am... How did he not detect this? I thought the Apple Watch would put the Galaxy Watch to shame, but it didn't.
Will things get better if I upgrade to an Apple Watch SE with Watch OS 9?

I tested some apps, like AutoSleep, Sleep++ and Pillow, but the results were worse. AutoSleep is inaccessible and the others are confusing.
