I was excited to hear Sir's voice on David Woodbridge's Apple Watch (in his podcast) as all other reviews had led me to believe that Siri. while otherwise working effectively, would not be speaking aloud. Even with an effective Voice Over I would really miss hearing Siri: especially checking that she has my text messages correctly before sending them. And, of course, I would miss her witty remarks.

At this time I do not believe that it us possible to review text messages with voice over before sending, at least I have not figured out how to do it.
But, the dictation feature on the Apple watch is so accurate I feel comfortable sending messages without review.
When I first got my watch I would go to my iPhone and check the messages after I sent them to check accuracy. In over 100 text messages, the Apple watch only made one mistake.... inputting the word "I'm" instead of "I".
I would think this is something apple will address in future updates. in the mean time, voice over works great on everything else.
