Voice over on an already set up apple tv

tvOS and Apple TV Apps
Hi all. I've never even seen an apple tv. And though it's possible to get one going, with my older tv I wouldn't knwo where my hdmi slot is, or any of that. Anyway, my niece just got an Apple tv yesterday. If I stay over there, is there a way to turn on voice over if she has already set it up for access without it? In other words, do I push the remote three times or something? It won't matter if I can use it, I'm just asking for curiosity's sake.

At any time, you can turn on menu access to Voice Over from the Settings app. This changes nothing until you go to use Voice Over. Then, you press and hold the Menu button. In a few seconds you let go, and press select. Sometimes, and I don't know why, you need to press Down before Select. This fires up Voice Over. The same keystrokes turn it off again. It's not quite as easy as a Triple Click Home, but close.
