Certain digital copies not showing up in Purchased tab

I have a few free digital copies from Blu-ray movies that I have redeemed via iTunes that will not show up in my Purchased movie list. All of my other digital copies show up with no problem, these show up in my iTunes library, are available in my iCloud account, but do not show up for playing on the Apple TVs I own. Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris
