My friend had a Ring and said it was accessible, though he has since switched to another brand, the name of which I can't remember off hand. I personally just got a Nest Hello, the app for which is a bit better on Android but accessible enough on iOS except for a few buttons somewhere in the settings. Something I personally like about it is that it has several prerecorded phrases you can trigger when someone comes to the door, so you don't have to actually engage in a conversation if you don't want to, or aren't able to do so.
Also, with a Nest aware subscription, you can save familiar faces and it will tell you if the person outside is someone you recognize. It will also tell you about packages being dropped off or picked up.
Ring pro model appears to have the prerecorded greetings, but doesn't mention anything about facial recognition or package notification, just automated responses to tell delivery people where to leave them.
If you go with one of these, it will probably boil down to what, if any, smart speakers and displays you already own, and how interested you are in the facial recognition.
If I find out what the third option is, I'll post again. Good luck!
Nest Hello Doorbell is the one that does facial and package recognition. I haven't personally done it, but it seems that you can hook Amazon Echo speakers up to it by enabling the Nest skill, which makes sense as I know Alexa will work with Nest thermostats.
I have my own condominium with 24 hour security but would like to find a doorbell so when someone is nucking on the door. My hearing sometimes do not let me hear the nuck. Something to put on the door be nice. I do not think I need the camera feature.
am so interested in having one of these, and i have already bought a video doorbell that is cheap but can do what it sshould do, but having AI for us is A+, also, the app is not fully accessible.
thanks for your reply

Nest and Alexa
Does the nest camera work with Alexa and your Apple phone? Thanks. Oh, and which model does the facial recognition and package recognition?
Ring
Hi. Ring is fully accessible. My dad uses it. Works great on both iPhone and Android. Also works great with Alexa.
