Ability to switch between 12 and 24 hour time

dear teem.
Would it be possible to add an option to the account, when you're choosing your time zone, to select whether you want 12 or 24 hour time?

I'm from Australia and most people here usually would use 12 hour time. Obviously don't make it so someone has to choose between one or the other, they can choose on their own term/time, but an option to change the time format would be nice.
