YouTube over the past two weeks continues to annoyingly and persistently show recommendations despite clicking the don't care or recommend buttons for videos from this channel

Please tell me if people from Russia only have this problem: I and my blind colleagues have recently YouTube does not respond to the buttons not interested, as well as not recommend videos from this channel, video clips are shown again and again on the main screen.
Can you please tell me if anyone has encountered a similar problem in other countries?
I applied to Google to move my account to another country, I chose the United States, but I don't know if that will help or not
