I wanted to let the community know about this. It is beyond sad. We are losing one of the good ones. Hear is a link to a guest book and a place where you can write memories about John. John was one of the best.

This is sad news. John was an expert in the world of Apple and accessibility. John ran Mac for the Blind, and, I believe, was the first person who is blind to become a Certified Apple Support professional. His family will be in my prayers.

Hi,

In 2015 I heard a podcast where John described how he became an Apple certified support professional. He then hosted a weekly course taking the participants step by step through how to do it, showing you what you had to learn and offering many tips and tricks along the way. It inspired me to take up the challenge and the following year I was able to pass the qualification myself. A true pioneer in our Apple universe. Thanks John where ever you are my friend.
