Hi again all, Again I do apologize if this has been covered somewhere but I haven't found any such thread on here. I'm wanting to roll back to the standard latest IOS from the jailbroken IOS 6.1. Is it as as simple as restoring the phone? or can I even just install the latest real IOS? or is it more complicated than that? Thank you.

Hi. Yeah you just need to do a back up and restore. Personally I would do this through iTunes on my computer. Plug in the iPhone and do a back up to the computer, which will save all of your settings etc. Then select Restore. This will wipe your device and put the latest iOS 6.1.3 on there. You can then restore your apps and settings from the back up. The latter part of this can take a while if you have a lot of music and data etc. on your phone as it has to sync and/or download everything. But it should put everything back the way it was, minus the jailbreak stuff of course. Bare in mind that you won't be able to change your mind and jailbreak again as iOS 6.1.3 can't be jailbroken at this time. HTH

All you have to do is restore the phone in iTunes.
