Question about following email list

Hello AppleVIS. I have a question. Does anyone know how I could follow a few google groups using my iphone 5c? Is there a app that will make this easer? I follow some mac groups, iphone groups, and even some android. I just am wondering if this would be easer with something like Google + or something. I heard that Google + is not accessible, so I don't want to waiste my time with it.

By your description, it sounds like you are talking about email lists. The possible use of Google Plus, though, makes me unsure. So, are we talking about email, Google Plus, Facebook, or something else?

I simply create filters server side, then they synch across to all of my devices. Now all of my mail which belongs to a list serve and has a certain emil address goes in to the mail box, or label, for that list serve.
