Hi everyone. I have an ungoing issue with apple about the purchases and payment for 10 days.
The problem is that when i purchase an app or a game it doesn’t take money instantly.
I contacted my bank and apple support already. Bank says that there isn’t any problem.
I don’t know what to do any suggestions? Did something like that happen to you?

I seem to remember a bit of a delay between the purchase time and it showing up as a charge at the bank, but I'm not sure it was as long as ten days. I've only used the iOS app store with a credit card.

Try verifying your credit cards in your itunes account.

What i have to do for the verification?
Also i forgot to add that i purchased multiple apps over this period. They did take money, but if i purchase the app today they will take the money tomorrow or 2 days later.
It was normal before. I mean it was instant exchange

You get the app or whatever, then a day or two later, you get the receipt. That's where you can "report a problem" if you want a refund for an inaccessible app. It's nothing new. You just go into itunes and go to the account. Then look at all your credit card number, or debit if you have one, and make sure it's right. Otherwise, delete the card and readd it, in the Apple wallet and make sure iTunes knows about it. Sorry not more help.

I misread. I've seen it take a couple of days. Apple might be bogged down or something with their payment processing. I wouldn't worry about it, if it isn't causing an accounting issue on your end.

Just wanted to mention something. If you save the reciept for about a week, just to make sure the app you bought works, that helps. Otherwise, you have to go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in, then there's a table. If you have Mac and IOS apps you will have to find out what you are reporting. I'm not saying you needed a refund, just wanted to explain more. Now, bedtime. Turkey and food from american gobble day is making me exhausted.
