Posting Apps, How's It Done?

Hi. So, how do you post apps to the app directory. I notice apps in the directory have the app store description, the link to it in the app store and sometimes a link to the developer's web site or twitter. Is there a quicker way to post an app to the directory then finding the app in the store, copying the description, going to applevis and pasting the description, then going back to the store to get the app store link, then going back to applevis to paste it, then going back to the store to get the developer's web site or twitter name, then going back to applevis to paste that? Also, when copying the description, how do I just select the description and not everything else on the page? In other words, how do I just select the text I need and avoid having to do a select all and then do a bunch of deleting once the text is pasted? I need instructions for both iOS and Mac please. Also, if posting from the Mac, is there a way for me to search the iOS app store for app descriptions and links? If posting from an iOS device, is there a way to search the Mac app store for app descriptions and links? If posting from an iPhone, is there a way to search the iPad app store for app descriptions and links? Thank you.
