Hi.
I am a musician who is completely blind. I am currently learning a song that I don't have the music for. All I have is a pdf of the song. Is there anyway I can turn that pdf file into a .mid file for Logic Pro?
I am currently use this program for my iPad called scan--score, wich can convert the pdf to midi. But, the only problem I have with that his that some of the notes will be off the beat, thus making the metronome worthless.
If you happen to know of any other programs, either on the Mac or iOs, that would be grate.
If you need to contact me, My email is ltgobin@icloud.com .

a bit more info ...
When I mentioned that scan score makes some of the notes off the beat, I forgot to say that this has happened on multiple files, and it makes it very confusing.
unfortunately, no direct work arround
Pdf to midi is an impossible conversion, as far as I know.
I'd recomend looking for a midi file on the internet, or any other accessible score format.
Photo score
Hi!
Use Photo score for mac for scanning pdf to sibelius format.
Then from sibelius to any inter-app format (midi, music xml).
However, you have to realize it is a notes recognition app, and The quality depends on the document quality.
In any case, you have to check opus after recognizing.
Cheers!
