Typical blindness list, moderate viewpoints that you don't like and throw folks off. I'd not bother subscribing to them anyway, what exactly is visionary about using a mac these days? Nothing! It is a clique for the invited few.

Hi Jeremy, Thanks for the link. When I filled out all the information and activated the "apply to this group" link, the next page loaded with a 404 error that the page cann't be displayed. I tried it with different web brousers and had the same result. Any ideas?

Hi Janet, you might want to try a couple things. First try reloading page. This method is easiest, and usually works. If this doesn't work, try clearing cookies in browser and try again. I know this is still an active page, because I can log in. Good Luck!

I do not understand, why the list became invitation only. I joined it quite a while ago. It is been very helpful. Those who choose to bash a list comprising of people helping people, are not being fair to those who truly need tthe help. It would be a real shame to see that list go away.

It doesn't matter what list you're on Chris, all you do is bitch! The world doesn't own you anything because you're blind.
As I stated, the list in principle is fine, the moderation is pathetic. Why are we playing on lists in 2013, why not a forum like most sighted people? I understand for smaller projects, testing software and such that lists are fine but really, I could care less that someone isn't prepared to learn what the finder is and asks the same 2 questions every 5 minutes. Mac visionaries has one vision, cloud any thought that isn't from the cabal.
HI, I don't think the world owes me anything personally. I've worked to get my skill set up and I am sure Mr. Gilland has also. I suppose bitchyness is now a definition of "wanting things to work out for you". We tend to do this in the blind community, pander to the lowest common denominator when it comes to feature requests and such. I'm for taking this kit to as higher level as possible and realising that if we all learn stuff as a collective, we get more impressive results. I don't think Chris is wrong in wanting that. I also don't know if he bitches or not, i'm not on any lists apart from the I.D Mate one.
