Jailbreaking iOS 8.1.3

Hi All,

I know quite a few of you have jailbroken your iOS devices and from looking at this forum I'm beginning to see a number of benefits (personally) of doing this.

As it's my first time jailbreaking my device I'm wondering if any of you can help... i.e. what tool is the best (most accessible) for jailbreaking and if there is a jailbreak out yet for iOS 8.1.3?

I would be looking for a tool I can run off Windows with JAWS not Mac OSX.

Any general comments/help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Donnacha

Well, there is currently no jailbreak tool for ios 8.1.3.
I know that one will be on the way for 8.2 though.
For now, i have not updated my device that has the jailbreak.
It is possible if u have any ios 8.1.2 or below devices

I have iOS 8.1.1. Is it worth going to 8.1.2? and if so how would i keep everything as i have it? i do not want a to unbreak my jailbreak.

Thanks Carter, I'll just wait for the 8.2 update to jail break then!

@John, as far as I understand updating the software on your device will 'undo' your jailbreak so in this case if you update to iOS 8.1.2 you will have to jailbreak your device again.

You can probably find posts on here detailing the improvements with iOS 8.1.2 but don't think there's anything groundbreaking.... To save the hastle of jailbreaking your device again, I'd probably stick with what you have now until a more significant update is released by Apple.

I was wondering how much space does the jailbreak take up?. I have 2 gb left and I'm running an iPhone 4s
