Jailbreaking the iPhone is a fairly easy process! First, you will need the following: An iPhone or iPad, A Computer, and a usb cable to connect it to the computer. Next, on your computer visit www.jailbreakme.com and you will get a bunch of stuff on that page, but arrow down until you hear click here for an alternate jailbreak. Then, it will take you to another page. There, follow what it says based on your device and iOs version. For example, it says for a iPhone running iOS version 5.1.1 to useAbsinthe 2.0. Just click on that and download the file. You might to extract it from a zip file. Once you have all of that settled you want to run the executable file (.exe). This will take you step by step through the jail breaking process! Btw, this is mostly accessible to jaws users. It will work with the repetitious pressing of the tab key... A little word to the wise, it will take you a few times to enter DFU mode.... Don't get discouraged it takes practice. Once you get jailbroken the new non-apple app store Cydia is fully accessible with VoiceOver. Mostly all of the jailbreak apps are accessible too... If not, just go into cydia and hit manage and packages and find it and remove the thing that doesn't work... A little hint too, you can get siri on the iPhone 4 with spire and a little googling and time!!!!! Good luck and any questions just comment down below

Sorry to say, but the info in the first comment is not correct. First: There is no DFU-mode needed for iOS 5.1.1 jailbreak. Following text is taken directly from the official "Greenpoisen" website: Absinthe 2.0 has arrived! After copious amounts of work and many sleepless nights Absinthe 2.0 is finally here to jailbreak your device. This release has been a large collaborative effort between Chronic-Dev Team and iPhone Dev Teams (Jailbreak Dream Team) This jailbreak supports firmware 5.1.1 ONLY and is again one of the most easiest jailbreaks to use (so easy your grandma could do it ;D) Absinthe 2.0 supports the following devices on 5.1.1: iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3 (iPad2,4 is now supported as of Absinthe 2.0.4) iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S iPod touch 3rd generation, iPod touch 4th generation How To Use Absinthe 2.0 (if you’re unjailbroken): 1. Make a backup of your device in iTunes by right clicking on your device name under the ‘Devices’ menu and click ‘Back Up’. This is verry important to have, if something goes wrong! 2. Once your backup is complete return to your device and go to Settings – General – Reset – Erase all Content and Settings. This will make the jailbreak process much faster. (My own note: this did not work for me, it will work fine if you just do it without wiping the fone) 3. Open Absinthe and be sure you are still connected via USB cable to your computer. 4. Click ‘Jailbreak’ and wait…. just be patient and do not disconnect your device. 5. Once jailbroken return to iTunes and restore your backup from earlier. Right click on your device name under the ‘Devices’ menu in the left panel of iTunes and click ‘Restore from Back Up…’ then select the latest backup you created before. (restoring this backup will return all the content previously on your device ie, apps, photos, etc.) 6. Thanks for using Absinthe, enjoy your jailbroken iDevice! Download Links Absinthe v2.0.4 MacOSX (10.5, 10.6, 10.7): https://sites.google.com/site/greenpois0nabsinthe/absinthe-mac-2.0.4.dmg?attredirects=0&d=1 Absinthe v2.0.4 Windows (XP/Vista/Win7) https://sites.google.com/site/greenpois0nabsinthe/absinthe-win-2.0.4.zip?attredirects=0&d=1 Absinthe v2.0.4 Linux (x86/x86_64) https://sites.google.com/site/greenpois0nabsinthe/absinthe-linux-2.0.4.tar.bz2?attredirects=0&d=1 After downloading Absinthe on windows, extract the .zip file. Open the *.exe file. This is a self extractor. When it is closed, You will find a folder obove or below the *.exe and in that folder is the absinthe program. Then it is verry strait forword. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, this is posted from my iPhone. If I can help more in any way, let me know. And btw, Spire is not updated to work with iOS 5.1.1, and will never be. Don't know why.

Sorry about that one. I am only familar to the iOS 5.0.1 jailbreak with Red Snow because i never went through the hastle of upgrading and re-jailbreaking. Its great they keep making it easier. I have always wanted to create a large community of blind jailbreakers. So, if you can keep posting more jailbreak questions it would spread the message.
