It would all depend on what you’re trying to do.
If you have an apple care or in warranty product, you should be able to call apple whether you’re 12 or 80 years old. If you’re calling to place an order, then you need to be at least 18 years old.
The bottom line is, if you act proper and be polite, I don’t think the apple rep will ask how old you are. I know some old folks who sounds really young on the phone. Heck, listen to former heavy weight champion mike Tyson, he’s big and old yet he sounds like a pip squeak. LOL
