Hi All,

Can somebody explain how to return an ap for a refund on an IPhone 5s?

I tried it last evening and I found the ap but all I found was a download button. Then again I've had the ap since December trying to evaluate it enough to see if I could use it or not so maybe that's why I don't see a way to return it. The ap in question is digit-eyes by the way in case anybody has any suggestions.

The app you have is too old but if you want to get a refund for an app that you may buy in the future; go to www.reportaproblem.apple.com and log in, then find the app you want to report a problem with. Click on the button below it and write in the edit box why you feel you should get a refund. Remember; you can get a refund 30 days from when you bought the app, no later than that.

If the site doesn't work, go to google and type in report a problem apple and you'll find it.

Hi. Go back in your email, Apple sends a receipt evry time you buy something. Try clicking on Report a Problem in that. It's a shame you don't find digit eyes a great app, remember if you do choose to upgrade, no i'm not forcing you, the app wil improve iwth better proccessor and better camera. I also didn't know about the 30 limit to report the app, makes sense though.
