Hello, Applevis forum,
My name is Beth. I just recently got an iPod Touch 6 last Friday, and I love it!!!!!! I'm excited to announce that I'm going to explore this site and find all the games. I enjoy trivia and card games, brain stuff really. You are all welcome to follow me on Twitter, and it is connected to my website, www.denverqueen.com, and I'll be adding more to it. I wrote the HTML code for it myself. Maybe I could code more, but don't know if I ever will because I'm not sure what to code next.
Anyway, I'm glad to be a part of this community and hope to hear more from you guys about your likes, interests, games, etc. Btw, my DiceWorld username is denverqueen if yall want a challenge. ... Depending on how much juice I've got, I'll challenge you back.
Beth

Welcome
Hi Beth, I know you will enjoy this site. As you have probably figured out, there's lots of helpful stuff. Enjoy!
Ditto From Me
Hi Beth and welcome to AppleVis! I am on my first Mac computer and love it. I was an AppleIIE user back in the day and really liked it. I came over to the Mac platform from Windows basically kicking and screaming, since I'd been only hearing and reading negative things about the Mac in general and specifically VoiceOver. But I'm so glad I made the switch. Apple has really worked hard to give us full access to their products, and now I don't want to go back to Windows. Well perhaps just to have a look at all that's been done with NVDA, but that's about it. Anyway, gotta scoot. I've got another rather busy day.
welcome!!
Welcome & hello!!
I jhink you'll find this site to be informational & fun! I got my first ipad a bit cbose to a year now. I had hardly any training on it, & I love it now! You'll have access to so much more content than you ever could have imagined! Plus, you'll get some help doing things independently that you'd otherwise have to ask for help doing! I was pointed to this site by someone who works with visually impaired people & I fell in love right away!! That's how I found an app that abbows me to read menus now that aren't in braille called AllAccess!
I think whether you're a tech nerd like me or not you'll get something out of it!
