Good Accessibility improvements for Jailbroken phones?

I've found ActivAccess for Activator (search in Cydia) which adds accessibility controls to Activator I've also found f.lux which is great for eye strain (Im low vision). Does anyone know of any other teaks or apps? For low vision or blind users?

Thanks for the tip. Although not specifically for VO users, I find Zephyr a great tweak that is accessible. By default it's gestures are one-finger swipes, but this can conflict with VoiceOver. However in Settings you can change the number of fingers used for it's swipe gestures, which is great.
