contact form

Hi. How do I use the contact form on this website to contact someone? I know I can only do it if the person has this turned on in there account settings, but how do I get to the place where I can see if they have a contact page or not?

Hi. Click on the username of the person and find the contacts button located just above the persons profile. That opens a form to fill and send.
