Web Design Accessible Programs

Hey all, I run a company, and with things changing so rapidly, we are to the point where I have to be able to update our website. Unfortunately, our site was designed and currently is hosted through go daddy. We used their template Website Tonight to design the site, and it is mostly inaccessible. What programs have people found to be the best as far as designing and updating their site? I know that for a lot of things like photos and layout, I will still need to rely on someone with sight, but we have a lot of updates that are text based, that I would like to be able to do. Please let me know what people have had some success with. Thanks.
