Hi,
I am facing the issue with random shutting down of voiceover eversince I Purchased the MAC. I am unable to reproduce the issue when on call with Apple representatives. The usual advice rendered by Apple representatives is to go for update but that is not working.
I have been facing the same issue on my iPhone, and that too could not be resolved since last couple of years.
Would be really grateful if someone could suggest a way around. Apple has totally failed to account for the problem and resolve.
Thanks in advance,

Voices?
Are you using a high-quality (Enhanced or Premium) voice, a standard or 'low quality' voice?
Also, you say you have trouble reproducing this bug, but do you have an idea of common occurrences, such as loading a web browser, checking email, using FaceTime, etc?
More details the better. . . 😑
Your phone just turns voiceover off?
I've had the speech turn off when flicking through things from time to time but I've not had it turn voiceover off on me.
I must admit; the more I hear about these kind of things the more i'm glad i'm on windows. Yes it has some issues but they're not stoppping me from doing what I need to like apple seams to.
Unfortunetly there's not much if anything that can be done, the only thing is to wait for an update.
I'd highly recommend trying a windows computer if voiceover is shutting down so much that it's making it impossible for you to use the mac.
Anybody Had This in Braille?
I'm curious whether or not this has happened to anybody using a Braille display? I ask because I've had this issue too sometimes. I think I perhaps know what to do now in order to connect my HumanWare eReader to USB. For whatever reason Blue-tooth isn't quite working on there.
