VM Fusion 8 and windows 7 installation

Hi everyone,
I have been running a vm under vm fusion for a couple of years now. I'd like to start from a clean install of windows 7 to upgrade to windows 10 as my current vm is running slow. I downloaded fusion 8 last night and, when creating a new vm with my windows installation CD, I could not locate the place to enter my windows product key in fusion. Is this setting still present so that I can do this without sight? If so, where has it disappeared to? I note settings have moved around in fusion since the last time I installed a vm but I'm fairly sure I searched through all the possible dialogues.
