uninstalling an app

Hello folks, I would like to thank David Woodbridge for answering my question about downloading podcasts on the Mac. Unfortunately I have another question for you guys. I recently just installed the Yorufukurou app. I apologize for the misspelling. However, when I deleted the app from my Mac to uninstall it the app store is still showing me that there is still an update available for said app. What can I do to stop this?
