Hi Apple Vis members,
I hope you're keeping well.
I am using a Mac.
My typing speed is too slow, and my accuracy is low (both in letters and numbers).
This leads me to take lots of time to complete my work.
I want to improve my typing speed and accuracy.
Please recommend some resources for typing practice on a Mac and tips to improve keyboarding skills.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
Best wishes,
Bill

Typing practice.
You get lessons and everything.

You probably want to checkout the docs first though.

I say this because I tried the lesson for 'g' and 'h', the voice said 'a s d f' but it also said to strike 'g' and 'h' with the appropriate fingers, but neither one in the text area seemed to advance the lesson. I've seen other people use it though so it should work.
Good luck!
iPhone app
I know you asked for Mac, but I asked a similar question on here a couple of years ago and never really found anything I got on with. (Not sure I tried the above though).
So if you can't find anything, and have an iPhone and a connected keyboard then you could try Talking Typer. I wouldn't say it is amazing but it was better than nothing. It has various lessons introducing new characters as you go, but because each lesson is the same it gets a bit boring after a bit. There is a game where you get random things to type which is OK. It's not much of a game in that it just gives you words to type and you get a score - it doesn't really try to do anything beyond that. But it's ok and it's all very accessible so at least you don't need to battle with the app.
I'd really like something that was a little more fun to play to keep my attention.
