Help.
i need to know how to get attached files from my mail using my voice over? and also, how can i properly read PDF files using voice over?
please help. thank you.
hi in the mail app go to file under there will be save attachments
as far as reading pdf's try adobe reader dc it still needs a little work as far as accessibility or use docuscan plus you can import pdf's there there's a trial
Assuming that the pdf's have been tagged for acessibility, you can also use preview to read them. If they haven't you're better off using a third-party reader.
Sorry i am not good at this. So for example i received an email with an attachment what do i do? What should i find and how to do it? Please guide. Thank you very very much
Hi
The simplest way to access an attachment is through the inbuilt Preview App.
From your inbox, select the email that has the attachment but do not open it.
Then press Command and Y at the same time.
The Preview App will open with the first attachment open.
If there is more than one attachment, use the Preview toolbar to find and open other files.
Attachments, particularly PDF's can be a pain. Most of those I receive are not properly formatted and require a third party OCR App, such as Prismo, to access.
