Hey everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to the community seeking advice on performing complex mouse clicks alongside specific keys using VoiceOver on macOS.
As many of you are aware, the VoiceOver Modifier key (VO), in combination with other modifier keys, enables the use of keyboard shortcuts for VoiceOver commands. The VO key can be set to either caps lock, control+option, or both. For instance, to perform a mouse click, you would use the VO-shift-space keyboard shortcut. If VO is configured as the caps lock key, the shortcut for clicking the mouse would be caps lock-shift-space. If VO is set to control+option, then the shortcut would be control-option-shift-space.
However, I've come across situations where I need to perform mouse clicks in combination with certain keys, such as option-click, control-click, command-click, and more. I'm wondering if any of you have experience with this and could offer some guidance on how to accomplish it effectively using VoiceOver?
I appreciate any insights or tips you can provide. Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Sadik

Use mouse or numPad
The straightforward solution is to bring the mouse cursor to the control by pressing VO+Command+F5, then simply use keyboard modifiers and mouse buttons.
You can also use numPad commander. I have numPad 5 configured to perform a mouse click when I hold down control, and the numPad Plus key opens the shortcuts menu.
