Is there a way to make the cursor easier to see in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader/Acrobat on macOS?

hi,

MS office apps and adobe reader/acrobat have some cursors that are very hard to see no matter how big i make them. for example the cross or plus sign cursor in MS excel or the really, really thin cursor in adobe reader.

Is there any way to change these cursors? like make the excel cross solid black?
